BA, BS or equivalent.
Minimum two years Real Estate Experience
Minimum two years professional marketing/advertising experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.
Creative problem solving skills.
Strong writing/proofing, organization, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
