More infoA real estate company is seeking an part time entry level Marketing & PR Coordinator to join the team and work closely with the owner on managing the marketing, advertising, PR operations of the brokerage. The Marketing & PR Coordinator responsibilities will include but not limited to managing Print Ad Campaigns, drafting and distributing press releases, Identify listings and material to fulfill PR opportunities, provide ideas to obtain additional local and national PR, coordinating TV & Radio appearances, Manages PR campaign to build and support local brand recognition for the owner and company, coordinate marketing of current listing inventory, designing and managing ads, etc

Ideal candidates will possess:
Excellent media pitching skills
Close media contacts
Ability to generate creative story angles
Superior writing and communication skills
BA, BS or equivalent.
Minimum two years Real Estate Experience
Minimum two years professional marketing/advertising experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.
Creative problem solving skills.
Strong writing/proofing, organization, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
