We have an exciting career opportunity for an experience CSA. High level, hands on customer service skills and professional presentation is a must. Excellent communication skills, problem solving and ability to work independently. Analyze accounts existing polices, negotiate with insurers and prepare client presentations in conjunction with producers.
We are looking for a candidate who can:
Interacts with customers by phone to ensure the best service possible.Answers customers' questions regarding product or service.Interviews customers to obtain information and explain available services as needed.Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, and discontinuance.Investigates and corrects errors, following customer and company records.Adjusts complaints concerning billing or services rendered.Refers complaints of service failure to appropriate departments for investigation.Coordinates customers' service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer service.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook and an effective communicator, both orally and written, as well as technology savvy.
