Sales Account Executive - MSP (City of Industry)

Candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience are preferred. However, we encourage all interested candidates to apply. Sales Account Executives must be highly motivated to succeed in the credit card merchant services industry. This is an entry-level or near entry-level position and experience in the industry is not required. Paid, basic training will be provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES: Perform business-to-business sales explaining the value of our services to merchants and business ownersAscertain the unique merchant processing needs of a wide range of businessesDescribe the details of credit card processing to customers and clientsConsistently make at least 100 phone calls per dayAssist customers and businesses with level 1 questions or concernsOccasionally perform outside sales and engage with businesses face-to-faceRepresent the company in a professional, positive mannerPrepare complete and correct documentation for administrative processing and approvalCommunicate with customer service from time to timeWill enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English languageBilingual abilities preferred (English + Korean/Japanese/Spanish/Chinese), but NOT requiredBasic computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Must be a self-starter, quick learner, and good listenerWill be determined, self-motivated, and confident and have a positive attitudeWill have the ability to establish relationships on the phone, be comfortable, persistent and graciousWill be honest, reliable, organized, and responsibleHave the legal right to work in the United StatesHave permanent residency or citizenship in the United StatesPossess at least a high school diploma, or the equivalent, with some college education preferred

COMPENSATION:
Hourly rate + performance-based commission, bonuses, and residual commission.
