This position must be filled by a well-qualified individual who is well versed in all aspects of the real estate industry. Candidate must have real estate documentation experience and operate as a liaison between agents, escrow companies and mortgage brokers during the process of the sale.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be able to smoothly follow transactions from the opening of escrow to closing, contact agents to gather necessary documents, coordinate and negotiate repairs, and ensure all files are within compliance. ?
? Send cooperating agent any necessary disclosures
? Supply escrow or title officer with necessary information to begin the process of managing the file
? Follow deadlines for loan and inspection contingency removal and let agents know to ensure compliance with the time lines outlined in RPA ?
? Ensure the file closes on time
? Candidates must show successful history of closing deals ?
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with solid clerical/administrative background ?
? Be able to handle 30-50+ closings a month
? 2. minimum 2 years experience with transaction management
? Having real estate license is preferred but not required ?
? Knowledge of CAR forms, transaction point and WinForms is required
