This global and billion dollar company is seeking an End-user Computing (EUC) Manager that will manage its outsourced relationship of its vendor EUC team, responsible for the daily operations of its end-user computing environment.

This is a global role that is critical to the operational performance of this international firm and its multi-million dollar outsourced arrangement.

Ideal Candidate:
- Help Desk managers with outsource management experience

"Must Have" Qualifications:
- Five (5) years' experience in managing desktop analysts and end-user computing associates
- Five (5) years' experience in desktop technologies
- Experience in outsource vendor relationship management
- Experience in large enterprise desktop architectures (15,000 end users)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vendor relationship management
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Customer-oriented written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of MS SCCM or similar asset management systems
- Experience with Remedy
- Experience with desktop image development and deployment on a global scale
- Experience with managing large-scale desktop refresh projects
- Knowledge of MAC, PC (Dell, Alienware) hardware and peripherals
- Knowledge of Windows OS/XP and Windows 7
- Experience with mobile device management (IOS tablets and smart phones)
- Fundamental understanding of budgeting concepts as it relates to managing the EUC Captial budget
