More infoWe are a high-end fashion and accessories company in L.A looking for an PR/Marketing/Social Media assistant - someone who can think outside the box and are self starters who work well with others. This is a high stress position fast pace industry and this can be great for a person who is a fashionista with a highly energetic personality and lives for fashion. This is a full time position.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

- Coordinate Social Media and maintain a blog.
- Update new products on the Web Site
- Assist in strategies for product placement and new marketing tools involving research
- Assist in maintaining of database and continue to research new media placement
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the key player editors in the online and print world
- Developing and maintaining relationships with fashion stylists, celebrity stylists, tv and movie costume designers
- Calling for info magazines for features and placement of products also regarding emails ,addresses, etc national and international
- Drops and pickups of products /errands
- Assembling press kits and line sheets, fashion flashes.
- Clean area and make sure all products are always clean and ready to go out to the next client
- Keep up with all samples and always be on top of everything
- Work very closely with the designer and the team to get the job done

Requirements:

- Provide links to 1-3 social networking profiles to demonstrate interest and knowledge
- Possess skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management
-Must be able to multi-task and be able to work under high pressure to get the job done
-Must be fashionable ,trendy ,edgy, or chic for this position this is mandatory for this position DO NOT APPLY if you are not
-Must be able to work at a fast pace
-Must have ability to see any task through and be a problem solver when there is a problem
-Must be easy and extremely outgoing for this position
-Must be dependable,efficient, and focused to get any job done
-Must always be on time
-Photoshop, excel, microsoft office mac is a must, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator a plus
-Must be open to new experiences and have able to work well with others
-Must be organized and be able to manage any situation alone if necessary
-Must have fashion background or a a strong interest in fashion, Industry experience a must
-Bilingual a plus but english is mandatory
-Always be positive no negative energy this is a must !
-Must be able to follow directions , be good listener and willing to learn new things

The ideal candidate will be well-organized, self-motivated, communicative, team-orientated, fashion interested and able to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline based environment. A good phone manner is essential.
