Candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Have knowledge of PPC Advertisement with Google Adwords and/or Microsoft Adcenter.
- Be Google Adwords Certified and/or willing to pass the needed tests in the first month of employment.
- Have knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Have knowledge of Link Building Techniques.
- Be able to evaluate a prospect link partner and make decision.
- Be familiar with link exchange and link building software.
- Be familiar with Local Internet Marketing, and local directory profile creation and optimization.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Having SEO certification from any reputable source is a plus.
- Being Certified by Microsoft's Ad Excellence program is a plus.
- knowledge of Website Maintenance (HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Dynamic Web and Content Management Systems is a plus.
