RECRUITING MANAGER NEEDED FOR HIGH-PROFILE LA COMPANY
Put your executive recruiting and operational management skills to work in a prestigious, fast-paced setting working with luminaries in entertainment and cuisine. Partnering with world-renowned restaurateur and lifestyle expert Joachim Splichal and our recruiting manager will play a pivotal leadership role in sourcing, hiring and training top tier talent who reflect the excellence upon which our reputation has been built.
The ideal candidate will hail from an operational, recruiting and communications background and will have 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in food and/or entertainment. Charged with top to bottom recruiting from sourcing to hiring to training to operational oversight, this leadership role gives professional recruiters the opportunity to advance their experience level and career in a fun, upbeat and coveted setting.
Requirements
? 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with both executive and high-volume recruiting experience
? At least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a consumer lifestyle company
? Ensure compliance with applicable Federal regulations affecting hiring practices (OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action)
? Meet routinely with Patina Restaurant Group's best chefs to discuss current and future staffing needs and historical trends. Should have a thorough understanding of workforce planning and the department objectives in order to ensure positions are filled quickly with the most qualified individual
? A bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and job experience
? Excellent written and verbal communications experience
? Experience or familiarity with Taleo and e-Recruit as an applicant tracking and recruitment tool
? Strong communication and project management skills
? Well developed organizational skills and the ability to establish and meet deadlines
? Ability to travel
? Operational background a plus
