Duties:
Manage daily customer communications (inbound and outbound calls/emails) in a professional, warm and friendly manner
Ability to listen to and answer customer inquiries, with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Ability to work in coordination with Operations, Sales, and Accounting to effectively manage customer needs and company goals
Ability to organize and setup business processes around customer needs.
Ability to manage call center operations including case escalations and call center metrics
Ability to setup up phone scripts
Ability to monitor and audit customer service standards
Capable of learning, explaining and applying a variety of company concepts, practices, and procedures
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions
Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner
Coordinate with other departments.
Required Education, Employment Experience and Skills:
2 years of experience in the field or in related area preferred
Excellent organizational skills ?
The ability to prioritize and manage time?
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
Proficient with Macs
Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook
Positive, Professional, Responsible, Team player?Excellent oral and written Communication skills
Self-motivated, high energy and strong work ethic
Collaborative, good listener and learner, respecting the roles other team mates and superiors play within the company. ?
Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to exceed goals, exhibit a sense of urgency and possess a continuous improvement mentality
Professional appearance and demeanor with good presentation skills
The ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus.
