We are looking for a local representative in the Los Angeles area to serve as our Director of Business Development. Our average annual client billings are around $250K and we are looking to expand into the LA market.

We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to join our team and help us grow our agency by acquiring new healthcare, medical, and pharma clients in the Los Angeles market.

As Director of Business Development for the LA region, you will generate leads for our company in the Los Angeles Area. We prefer someone that has existing agency experience and contacts within the healthcare/pharma/biotech field.

Responsibilities will include:
? Qualifying leads in the LA area to contact for new agency business.
? Helping to initiate contact with qualified leads so we can pitch our agency to new prospective clients.
? Understanding and promotion of all of the current work we are doing for our existing healthcare clients.
? Learning about the healthcare marketing industry and presenting this information to prospects.
? Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit margin goals.

Compensation:
Hourly plus commissions and bonuses! We will start off at $15 per hour draw against commission, and 20% commission for all client billings. We will also pay for your travel mileage.
