Position Purpose & Summary
The candidate is responsible for developing custom business intelligence reports, views and access to information from the credit union's database systems. The candidate is responsible for the system administration for Onbase system (document retrieval/archival), AVIP system (check image processing), SharePoint and a transactional database. Experience with Harland UltraData and its key ancillary systems (i.e. Onbase, AVIP, CRM, ILS, E3, and Touch? Analyzer) is a plus. Develop Business Intelligence (BI) database and Decision Support systems for data mining reports. The position requires a strong knowledge of system integration, database design and cross-system report development.
Demonstrates and maintains an up-to-date knowledge of and ensures ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, such as BSA, OFAC, CIP, and internal policies and procedures. Be active/supportive participant in all service training. Utilize tools as they are made available.

Qualifications
? Training & Experience:
? 4-7 years in systems development and database administration/design (Microsoft SQL server)
? IBM AIX
? SharePoint
? Financial end user support
? Efficient with Excel and other Office Suite products
? Efficient with data extraction, filtering, merging and integrity techniques
? Transactional database administration
? Analyze, evaluate and provide reports/information from the integrated hosts.
? Flow charts, system diagrams and data schemas development
? Research, recommend and implement software and system utilities for database administration and report programming development
? Responsible for the design, planning, implementation and maintenance of business decision and database systems
? Develop Business Intelligence reports by harvesting data into relevant information
? Utilizes application report writer tools to design and develop reports from various data sources such as Crystal Reports and SQL Database Query language
? Project management
? VMWare experience is a plus
? Education: Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
