Compensation: $25 / hour
Schedule: Full Time - 40 hours/week
Hiring Timeline: August/September 2012
Candidates for this position will fulfill basic, entry-level job duties as follows: Be responsible for data entry of claims information gathered from claim forms and related invoices as well as initial claims data requests from veterinary clinics and customers. Candidates will be expected to provide excellent customer service over the phone to existing customers and veterinary clinics. Candidates should have interest in and previous exposure to customer service and should be able to move between different Customer Relationship Management "CRM" systems in order to obtain information. This position is extremely detail oriented and requires a keen ability to problem solve. Computer knowledge and ability to troubleshoot office equipment are a must!
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent typing (minimum 50wpm) and 10-key skills
1+ years experience entering data/orders into customer account databases
1+ years experience providing customer service over the phone
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Independent and self-motivated work ethic with an eye for detail
Must be Pet-friendly
Strong preference given to candidates with veterinary clinic experience, including both patient and customer care
