Some of the Requirements:
1. 1-4 years preschool teaching experience in a qualified preschool (Preferably Montessori}
[The experience requirement varies depending on the level of education}
2. A.A. or B.A. degree/must include at least 15 Early Childhood Education units, 12 units must be core units, 3 units must be Administrative
3. Proficiency with computers for office tasks: emails, writing letters and memos, preparing flyers for events, etc.
4. Excellent communication and writing skills.
5. Cooperative, helpful attitude towards management and co-workers.
6. Well-development public relations skills to help promote reputation of school and enroll new students
