Students who enroll in this course will receive these benefits:
* Students can EARN 15 College Units at Mount San Antonio College for 'successful course completion' (18 weeks - weekday enrollment) and student must successfully pass CompTIA A+ Certification exam.
* Students are provided access 'NO Additional Cost Access' to http://www.learnkey.com online video training ($2,510 value) for the above mentioned certifications.
* Students are provided access to Microsoft's library of software to install on their computer for classroom and instructional use.
* Students will get a 'One Time Activation' copy of 'Windows 7' to install on their computer for classroom instruction and personal use.
* Students are provided discount access ($20 per. exam - 180 day access vs. $99 retail) to 'Kaplan Self Test Software' https://www.selftestsoftware.com. This will help students prepare for their Certification Exam.
* Students are provided discount certification exam vouchers: Comptia A+ = $80 vs. $173 retail, Comptia Network+ = $125 vs. $246 retail, CompTIA Security+ = $175 vs. $266 retail, Microsoft Exams = $72 vs. $150 retail.
* Students are given daily lecture and hands on computer and network troubleshooting experience by knowledgable instructor (Mark Hibner).

Morning Class ........ M,T,W,Th ........ 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (9 week session - beginning September 4th, 2012)
Evening Class ........ M,T,W,Th ........ 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm (9 week session - beginning September 4th, 2012)

Summary of course costs:
Morning Class ........ 180 hours of training ........ $300.00 (9 week Session)
Evening Class ........ 144 hours of training ........ $180.00 (9 week Session)

The total course is 18 weeks. The next session (1st quater) will begin on September 4th. We will cover CompTIA A+ Certification with an emphasis on Windows 7 Certification. Students will also learn how to Build Computers / Hardware Troubleshooting / Configuration and Windows XP / 7 Troubleshooting / Installation, ect. In the second (2nd) quarter (beginning November 5th) we will cover CompTIA Network+ Certification, with and emphasis on website strategy and development. Also, new to this school year will be an overall emphasis on CompTIA Security+ in which students will be provided access to excellent study material that they will use to help attain this Certification.

Enrollment will be limited with all classes. There is just one instructor (Mark Hibner) for the entire program.

Students will not be allow to register for this course once this 'class is full'. A comparable training course would cost students any where from $2,000 to $5,000 or more.

The instructor (Mark Hibner) has been in the technology industry for over 20 years. This is unique 'one of a kind' training course was developed by the instructor over the last ten (11) years.

Also, you will want to check with the 'Baldwin Park Adult Education' Pell Grant office if you decide to register for this course. Students who register for this course may qualify for a Federal Pell Grant from $550 to $5,500.
