La Flor de Mexico is currently looking for individuals who are capable of performing work related to the production of tortillas and other baked goods
Position Description/Summary:
Bakery/Tortilla production workers will work in all areas of production including, manually stretching dough, packaging, lifting ingredients (up to 50lbs), stacking trays, and other required tasks.
Additionally, the Bakery production worker will be required to maintain a safe, productive work pace, assist with other duties, and work within a team environment.
Requirements:
Required Skills for Bakery Production Worker include the following:
• Must be able to follow proper safe work practices
• Able to communicate and work effectively with all employees (Bilingual English & Spanish a plus)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and must also adapt to frequent changes that occur on the production line.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.

The total course is 18 weeks. The next session (1st quater) will begin on September 4th. We will cover CompTIA A+ Certification with an emphasis on Windows 7 Certification. Students will also learn how to Build Computers / Hardware Troubleshooting / Configuration and Windows XP / 7 Troubleshooting / Installation, ect. In the second (2nd) quarter (beginning November 5th) we will cover CompTIA Network+ Certification, with and emphasis on website strategy and development. Also, new to this school year will be an overall emphasis on CompTIA Security+ in which students will be provided access to excellent study material that they will use to help attain this Certification.
Enrollment will be limited with all classes. There is just one instructor (Mark Hibner) for the entire program.

This course has been designed for students to start at the beginning of any Quarter. Therefore, it is just fine for new students to start in the 4th Quarter. The responsibilities will include general accounting support, project invoicing, entering data and creating reports for project cost accounting. From time to time a variety of other clerical/accounting responsibilities will be expected.
