Primary responsibilities:
- Maintain product knowledge expertise through company-provided training materials.
- Assist customers via phone, email and virtual with product-related questions.
- Assist customers with transactions, cancellations, and returns.
- Strong interpersonal, written, phone, and listening skills.
- Superior time management, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently within a team.
- Additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years customer service or relatable experience preferred.
- Nursing or medical background.
- LVN certification required.
- At least 3-years of exp. working in a fast-paced, demanding customer-focused work environment.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including excellent bilingual skills (reading, writing, and communication).
- Excellent customer-relations skills & problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple job duties with deadlines & commitment dates.
- Must be reliable & trustworthy in the performance of job duties.
- Able to handle highly confidential information and discretion in all areas of job duties.
