We are part of a very successful and award winning restaurant group. Our company has locations nationwide and is expanding rapidly in 2013 as well as in Southern California. Hotel partnerships include the Ritz, Four Seasons, and Fairmont. We are seeking hospitality passionate individual with a positive outlook and an ability to motivate a large team and stay calm under pressure. This is a high volume restaurant and high volume experience is very key in this process. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Minimum 2 years current management experience in a high volume full service restaurant and bar
Comprehensive understanding of service and a very strong ability to run service on the floor while staying calm
Experience in dealing with large staff, and problem solving
Previous experience with Mexican or Latin cuisine is a plus!
Working knowledge of California Labor Laws
Previous experience in Bar Management, and ability to take inventory and fill orders
A passion for hospitality and strong people dealing skills
