Looking for someone bright, quick, warm and friendly to work the front desk and manage my small office. I'm looking for someone who has experience working in a holistic office of some sort and has done this type of work before for at least a year. Looking for someone interested in learning and growing into more. Pay will depend on experience and we can discuss that together.

The program that we do requires a diet high in animal protein for the clients; so, this is not a good fit for a vegetarian or vegan person. This is also not a good fit for someone in the entertainment industry.

The job description is:
*checking clients out
*handling emails
*keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed
*assisting when needed with clients in the treatment room
*answering phones
*filing and prepping client files
*scheduling appointments on a web based program
*because this is such a specialized office, I need somebody willing to commit for at least a year
*spelling, grammar, and punctuation are important since you will be dealing with client emails
*keeping the office organized

This is part time for now and will grow into more within the next 6 months or so. There are opportunities for growth and advancement if you are interested in that; but, not required.
The hours are Wednesdays through Saturdays and we can discuss timing on those days. During the training period, it would be about 6-8 hours a day and then about 4-5 hours per day 4 days a week. Approx 16-24 hours a week for now.
If you are interested in being treated, it would be free for you and you would get products at cost. It's not required: but, if you want it, it's available.
There are many educational opportunities and seminars available for you if you are interested. Also, not required; but, there if you want it.
