OFFICE MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (ENCINO)

A highly motivated, proactive person to manage all office functions: good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Quickbooks is essential. You will be expected to monitor different project's bookkeeping via Quickbooks, answer phones, relay messages, collect & organize incoming mail, maintain project files, etc.
this is a full time job offer.
hours: 8:30 - 17:00

requirements:
fluent English
Spanish (must)
experience in the construction industry, residential/commercial (must)

? Strong work ethic
? Excellent communication skills
? Knowledge in QuickBooks , Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Word and Excel)
? Ability to work independently & collaboratively
good costumer service orientation.
