We are seeking for an Office Manager to support our private practice operations by managing patient relations, employee performance, achieving operational goals, and ensuring proper billing. We are looking for a candidate that is aligned with the vision of growing our practice. This is a full-time position. We are a fast-paced, team-oriented practice that thrives on providing the highest level of dentistry and the best patient experience possible. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of leadership capabilities and MUST be able to demonstrate a work ethic that encompasses passion, self-discipline, and consistency.

Office Management Responsibilities:

-Implement office policies based on corporate standards and procedures, and ensure adherence;
-Track and Report:
1. Office Production
2. Treatment Plan Acceptance Rate
3. Recall Rates
4. Collections
5. Customer Satisfaction Surveys
6. Referrals
7. Employee Performance
8. Insurance Billing
9. Outstanding Insurance Claims
10. Patient Account Billing
-Manage patient flow to reduce wait times and maximize doctor schedules;
-Handle patient disputes;
-Guarantee security and confidentiality of data;
-Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Employee Management Responsibilities:

-Create employee work schedules;
-Conduct bi-annual performance reviews to evaluate employee effectiveness;
-Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and clinical tasks to staff;
-Train and support front desk on proper patient scheduling protocols;
-Coach, counsel, and discipline employees;
-Conduct secondary and working interviews;
-Foster a positive work environment that encourages team engagement and employee development.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in management or AT LEAST 3 years management experience in a similar role;
-Previous dental office experience;
-Familiarity with DENTRIX patient management software;
-Digital technology proficiency;
-Knowledge of business management principles;
-Comprehension of human resource management practices and procedures.
