Bookkeeper/Office Manager (Beverly Hills)

Bookkeeping for Parent company and 2-4 subsidiaries:
We would like close to a full charge bookkeeper. . . we have outside CPA and QuickBooks support, but you must be able to use a chart of accounts effectively and produce accurate job costing. Bookkeeping duties include: Processing payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, credit card sales through merchant bank, and any required financial reporting. May need to assist with sales tax and commission payments.

You must:

? Be a self-starter and productive member of our team.

We currently have a small team, experience in retail sales operations helpful. Although we are a small knit group that likes to have fun, we are very productive and have high expectations of the person to fill this position.
