We are looking for a team leader for our commercial cleaning company. A great deal of physical work is involved, so please only inquire if you are truly interested.

Primary responsibilities
? Ensure assigned properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
? Drive company vehicle to all properties.
? Assist in the training of all cleaning associates, ensuring that all associates have a complete understanding of the company policy, procedures and expectations.
? Supervise cleaning associates, ensuring they meet with the company's expectations of cleanliness.
? Ability to contribute in cleaning to ensure work is complete.
? Ensure all associates have sufficient cleaning supplies and the knowledge of how to use them.
? Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuring all associates are adhering to grooming and conduct standards.
? Ensure all time sheets are complete
? Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
? Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management.
? Makes routine customer visits and directly interact with customers during jobs to assure that customer's job specifications are met.
? Communicate with customers and staff

Qualifications
? Flexibility for evening/week-end/early morning hours on various sites.
? Commercial/residential cleaning experience.
? A California drivers license and good driving record
? Ability to lead a team.
? A good team worker.
? Honest, trustworthy, focused with good personality.
? Excellent attention to detail.
? Fluent in spanish and english
? Must be available for on call assignments.

We will be conducting interviews in english and spanish.
