Long Beach IT consulting firm is seeking qualified individuals to provide excellent customer service, desktop support, and remote desktop support on an on-call basis. An accepted candidate will be working 25 per week on average. Candidates will be hired on as independent contractors.

Customer service is the number one quality we are looking for. The ideal candidate would be skilled at providing excellent customer service as well as excellent desktop support. Communication is key. Candidates lacking excellent communication and customer service skills will not be considered.

Troubleshooting skills and some experience in desktop support is a must. The ideal candidate would have an A+and Network+ certification or the equivalent thereof.

Experience with Office 365, remote management tools, and active directoy is preferred.

Candidates looking for an entry-level trainee position with little-to-no experience will not be considered.

Candidates must have reliable transportation.

Compensation will start at $12/hour + mileage
