Sales Associate for Event Department (Downtown Los Angeles)

An 11,000 square foot rooftop restaurant and bar, located in Downtown Los Angeles, is looking for an energetic and sharp individual to join our team as a Sales Associate in our Events Department.

With 3 separate and unique spaces to work with, your responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following
? Day to day event planning and execution
? Business development
? Budgeting and Forecasting
? Maintaining knowledge and be up to date on local competitors and their offerings
? Coordinating proposals for events to meet the client's needs
? Manage and develop BEOs and contracts for all events

We are a new and rapidly growing company that is in need of strong applicants that meet the following requirements

? 3 or more years in hospitality based event planning, marketing and or sales
? Desire and willingness to cultivate sales via cold calling, networking and other business development techniques
? Solid client base as well as strong connections within the local community
? Written and verbal communication skills, exceptional time management and proven sales ability while maintaining a positive,
persuasive, client focused and professional manner
