About the Job:

ConsumerTrack.com has an immediate need for an Account Executive who will be an integral part of our growing New Business/Client Services team. The Account Executive will focus on building and nurturing business partner relationships that result in increased revenue. You will be working closely with Business Development Managers and Sr. Account managers to grow new business opportunities, improve performance and launch new campaigns for our national and local clients.

The Account Executive role will dive into a thorough 6-8 month training program. During this time the Account Executive will gain all the industry knowledge, learn the new business cycle and acquire all the skills needed to grow into a strategic member of the New Business/Client Management Team. The goal for the Account Executive will be to executive new business strategies, ultimately resulting in new client retention and revenue growth.

What will you do?

? Work directly with the CEO to identify new business opportunities, improve existing integrations, and develop new product offerings for ConsumerTrack
? Develop market research strategies in order to identify strategic partnership opportunities for ConsumerTrack
? Facilitating reporting of client relationships, pipeline, forecasts and new prospects
? Educate potential partners on the growing demand and business need for our products
? Continuously advocate for both internal and external business partners
? Build, maintain pipeline, and be accountable for delivering accurate revenue forecasts
? Respond to client inquiries regarding budgeting, delivery, reporting, and billing issues in a timely and positive manner
? Execute and manage the new business process end to end -- from prospecting, tracking competitors, quoting prices, preparing proposals, providing information regarding terms of sale and fulfillment dates to campaign implementation
? Maintain knowledge of account specifics such as client goals, project status, campaign revenue, and media channels utilized
? Understand the service and product requirements needed to further grow the business with clients, and articulate basic needs to internal teams
? Track performance of fulfillment to client budget and make recommendations to optimize their expenditures
? Develop proposals for client up sell opportunities and presentations for on-site meetings
? Travel to conferences and client locations as needed

What skills do we need?

? 2-3 years of experience in Account executive, business development, and/or internet advertising/marketing role
? 1-3 years of online experience
? Agency relationship experience a plus
? Excellent negotiation skills, strong sales aptitude and consultative sales
? Business relationship management experience
? Extensive experience in all new business cycles
? Proven success in business development or new business sales
? Evidence of being held to metrics and having met or exceeded targets
? Must have proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing with C-Level Management and Agency contacts
? Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to prospects/clients
? Superior communication skills with new and existing clients
