Administrative Assistant (Pasadena)

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Service
- Administrative duties (i.e. answering phones, data entry, filing, faxing, etc.)
- Scheduling estimates and service calls
- Creating proposals and month end reports

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to type 50 wpm
- Proficient with MS Office with particular emphasis on Excel and Word
- Proficient with Quickbooks
