Hookah Lounge / Restaurant Manager (Sherman Oaks, CA)

Currently, we are seeking an experienced, performance driven professional able to work full time. Must be a "hands on" person with exceptional communication and intelligent decision-making skills and is guest focused with a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:
-Minimum 1-3 years (current) management in a full service restaurant
-Strong operational background and ability to provide quality food and service
-Budget and cost control ability including P & L knowledge
-Solution oriented problem solving towards guests and employees
-An aptitude for computers and technology
-Ability to maintain an effective program for training and developing the FOH team
-Knowledge of CA Labor Laws and Health Codes

Pay rate is based on experience.
