70% of this role is focused on recruitment of staff at all levels within the company. Candidates must have sufficient experience in staffing and recruiting.
Candidates who have worked in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or laboratory services will have a competitive advantage in this role.
*Manage employee relations and determine and recommend best practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship
*Source candidates utilizing a wide variety of resources, conduct thorough interviews with candidates, qualify potential candidates for open positions, consultation with hiring managers, schedule interviews internally
*Handle all employee training and development
*Make sure all health and safety regulations are met and maintained
*Maintain all employee records including employee vacation, sick and personal time off
*Compile a variety of HR reports for executive team
*5+ years experience working in a fast paced HR Department
*Bachelors Degree
*Excellent MS Office skills
*Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
*Approachable and diplomatic demeanor
*Collaborative nature
