Need Licensed Assistant to top producing residential Real Estate Agent (Brentwood)

Be polished in communication, etiquette, tone and articulation: Be personable and Light-filled.
Be organized, able to capture information quickly with excellent follow-through. There must be a beginning, middle and end to every project.
Have excellent computer skills; know your way around both a mac and a PC, plus all Microsoft programs. (Knowledge of Wordpress is a plus)
Be talented as a writer, capable of putting together blogs and important e-mails on the fly.
Have a well-developed sense of humor
Understand the value of confidentiality (be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement)
Have a positive "can-do" attitude
Willing to run personal errands when necessary
Be able to take initiative
Incredible work ethic and be loyal
Willing to flexible on hours and work weekends
