ConsumerTrack.com has an immediate need for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to support our New Business Development team and companywide revenue generation efforts in the banking, mortgage and insurance verticals. This position will work closely with our Account Executive Team to oversee, analyze, improve performance and launch new ConsumerTrack clients.

Job Summary:

This position is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for learning the process of winning and maintaining new business from the ground up. This person must have great people skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment, and be able to juggle multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate has an understanding of the online advertising space and is passionate to launch their career in this fast paced and ever changing industry. The Sales and Marketing Specialist should also have strong analytical and problem solving skills, high level of comfort with Excel, and great verbal communication skills.

What will you do?

? Execute and manage the new business process end to end -- from prospecting, tracking competitors, quoting prices, preparing proposals, providing information regarding terms of sale and fulfillment dates to campaign implementation
? Assist in the overall monetization efforts for over 1500 financial and insurance websites
? Facilitate reporting of current ad placements, testing forecasts, and new potential advertisers to drive a high standard of analytical excellence
? Coordinate, prepare and distribute (as appropriate) marketing collateral to clients and prospects
? Develop and maintain excel spreadsheets for marketing tracking and reporting initiatives.
? Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to reach monetization Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
? Work within a proprietary tracking system, WordPress and ad serving programs to update creative and tracking links for current advertisers
? Plan and build new creative to drive increases in performance activity
? Assist in efforts to launch innovative programs to increase consumer engagement and monetization

What skills do we need?

? Bachelor's degree required. Business, Marketing, Communications a plus
? 1-3 years of marketing or sales experience. Preferably at a PR, advertising, digital /new media / interactive agency
? Professional, creative and analytical, as well as the ability to communicate with people at all levels
? Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
? Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
? Ability to work in and embrace a fast-spaced entrepreneurial environment
? Strong computer skills, Excel proficiency is a must
? Great can-do and winning attitude
? Work well in a team and independently
