The Manager, Ambulatory PCS of the Pulmonary Clinics is a professional who has primary responsibility for the operational, clinical and educational functions of clinical staff in the assigned area. The Manager will supervise all clinical staff. The Manager will plan programs that facilitate the development of staff and will delegate portions of this responsibility to the appropriate clinical staff with expertise. While maintaining a team approach to the shared responsibilities, the Manager will function independently. The Manager will collaborate with the physician leadership and clinical staff to achieve the goals and objectives of the Ambulatory Care Services area. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining skills of the staff to initiate and carry out ethical discourse. The Manager will ensure that all policies/procedures are age and/or developmentally appropriate. The Manager will function as a change agent. The Manger will demonstrate commitment to a patient and family focused model of care.

Minimum Education/Training Required: Bachelors Degree in Nursing, current CA RN licensure, PALS, CPR (AHA). Two years of recent pediatric experience required with previous supervisory experience and fiscal management experience strongly preferred.
