The company currently has a Temporary Administrative Assistant full time position available for our office located in Van Nuys, CA. The ideal candidate must be reliable, computer savvy with outstanding phone and customer services skills. The responsibilities include but are not limited to be part of the support team of the office, manage the day to day operations such as answering phone calls, data entry, filing, scheduling, generating reports, maintaining consumers' files, etc.

A.A. or BA Degree preferred
2 years of related experience
35+ words per minute
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)
Knowledge of MS Office -- intermediate to advance level
