Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

A well established, fast paced and rapidly growing company seeks a dynamic Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to be the right hand of the CEO. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant with at least 5-10 years experience as the "gate keeper" for upper level management (COO, CEO, President).

This candidate must possess excellent administrative skills to support the CEO, enabling him to focus on new business development and high-level corporate issues.

This position requires exceptional communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with both clients, vendor's, and company personnel. Candidates must be detail oriented with expertise in follow-up skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Other qualifications consist of:

? Creating and maintaining a professional office impression and environment
? 5 or more years of directly assisting high level management
? Possess professional demeanor, project confidence and assertiveness
? Ability to keep confidentiality, which is key to this role.
? Bilingual Spanish is preferred
