In addition to being SUPER ORGANIZED, Must have extensive experience with the following;
*Transaction coordination - from placing an offer to opening multiple escrows to closing and managing all moving parts in between, keeping track of deadlines
*Property management & Leasing - negotiating contracts, evictions, serving notices, collecting rents, periodic inspections, listing for rent//marketing, showing, problem solving, dealing with trouble tenants
*Purchase contracts - writing offers, follow up, negotiations
*Working with vendors and scheduling maintenance on properties, keeping clear records
*Hiring staff, managing staff
*Handling multiple properties and making sure they are all running smoothly - from making sure insurance is current, utilities are paid, rents are collected, maintenance is completed, repairs are addressed, evictions are executed, papers are served, papers are neatly filed, bank accounts are in order, reports are provided to investors
*Construction experience is a bonus
*Bi-lingual- English-Spanish is a bonus
*Accounting degree or background is a bonus
*Real estate license is a bonus
*Must be a self starter
*Must be super organized
*Must be able to work well under pressure
*Must have a burning desire to grow
*Must like to be part of a team
We prefer to start you off as part time so that we can see if we are a match. Compensation depends on your level of qualifications and there is an opportunity for you to share in the profit growth of the office.
