This position requires that you are a happy/positive person who enjoys working in a team environment and ENJOY working in a calm office space for 8 hours per day Monday to Friday. HIRING NOW! This company has been in business for twenty-two years in the health food industry and we enjoy our interactions with our stores, reps, demo reps, and vendors. We are looking for somebody who is going to be here LONG TERM (at least 3 years or more) to grow with our company. If you like structure and organization, with a happy/positive team this is for you. English/Spanish speaking is a plus however it is not required.

Compensation Details:
-$8.50 to $10 per hour to start (room for growth for the right candidate)
-Paid Holidays

Position Details:
-8am to 4/5pm, general hours
-Office/administrative/events must have experience position for long term growth
-Positive Customer email & phone support & inside sales
-Computer work experience a must more than 50 wpm, MUST know Microsoft office excel (must know formulas), word, adobe, microsoft outlook.
-Great communication skills and math knowledge required
-Data entry & computer work

Job Details:
-Work from our Chatsworth offices
-Training (usually 3-6 months of training) will be provided
-You MUST be willing to learn our business systems & procedures
-Approximately 40 hours per week

-Must have a working car, auto insurance, driver's license

You Will Be Required To:
-Great communications skills
-Complete Computer Data Entry Tasks
-Respond To Customer Emails & Phone Calls & keep a concise calendar and schedule events
-Manage Customer Databases updating customer lists &/fax/email-Work With Other Team Members With A Positive Attitude,
-Attend Periodic Staff Meetings & events
-Prepare for events with paperwork unpack boxes, track boxes and prepare event sites
-Unpack boxes and organize products by expiration date, dust and clean products
-Must be able to lift 55 lbs
-Deal with call tags and UPS, Fedex for returns
-Learn New Things Frequently & Daily
-Adapt To A Fast-Changing Business Environment
-Take On New Responsibilities As Needed
-Grow, Change, and Adapt With The Company
-File and organize
-Create notebooks, products to review for sales reps & buyers
-Margins, percentages & math, must know formulas to formulate wholesale/cost & retail and margins you will be tested
-Inside Sales on the phone
-Assist in an occasional drop off of store delivery of POS point of sale materials or products for reps/demo reps/buyers
-Receive mail
-Buying for any office needs
