Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and transferring calls as necessary
- Providing general administrative support as needed
- Assisting the sales staff with customer service help.
- Data Entry
- Managing appointments for office executives.
- Updating customers with their job status.
Qualification:
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to multi task and meet goals and deadlines
- Must provide EXCELLENT customer service
- Knowledge of operating a computer with basic Office programs
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus !
