The Towbes Group, Inc. seeks a Community Manager to manage the day to day operations at a 268 unit multi-family community in Ventura, CA.

If you are an energetic multi-family housing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment, this may be the position for you! Compensation may include a two-bedroom apartment.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Initiate and manage all essential multi-family business processes including:
-Leasing, sales and marketing
-Resident relations and retention
-Client and vendor relations
-Maintenance and capital projects
-Budgets and financial accountability
-Accounts receivable and accounts payable
-Recruitment, selection and team development
-CAM or ARM preferred
-5 plus years multi-family conventional management experience
-Solid understanding of Fair Housing Guidelines
-Experience supervising teams of six or more employees
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-High level of flexibility and ability to effectively manage change
-Advanced level Yardi proficiency
-Computer literacy, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-The ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve leasing and operational goals
-A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
