Established fast-paced educational institute seeks a highly motivated individual for entry level part-time or full-time position. The candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin CHINESE.

The ideal candidate must also be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and organized. Duties will include filling, data entry, creating files, making labels, answering phones, greeting clients, working with Adobe Illustrator, scanning and assisting management, teachers, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong personal skills.

Above all, the applicant must be highly professional and capable of handling multiple tasks while sustaining a positive attitude at all times. Experienced in education and/or in working with youths is a plus. Candidates must also have their own transportation to and from work.

OPTIONS FOR SHIFTS: 3-5 day shifts from Monday to Friday from 12pm-7:00pm. Additional 4 or 8 hour may be offered on Saturday. Applicants must work a minimum of 3 days per week. Full time and Part-Time are available.

LOCATIONS: Rowland Heights and Hacienda Heights

REQUIRED LANGUAGES: Mandarin CHINESE and English

RELEVANT OFFICE SKILLS: Experienced in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Access, Publisher, Photo Shop, Customer Service experience, Dependability
