Fast growing company is seeking an enthusiastic, self -motivated Human Resources Administrator. Duties will include general administrative tasks, benefits administration, employee recruiting, employee relations, new hire processing and maintenance of employee files. Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task.
- Manage all steps in recruiting- job postings , resume reviews, and interviews
- Coordinate performance reviews
- Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs
- Assist and advise managers about human resource issues
- Responsible for new employee orientation
- Conducts employee exit interviews and disseminates information as appropriate
- Responds to verifications of employment, notices of unemployment and employee inquires
- Responds to employee requests and questions in timely manner
- Attention to detail and high level accuracy
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, strong work ethic
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Must have HR experience
