LaunchLab, Inc. is a manufacturer of pet products (Sleepypod) and video camera accessories (cinetactics) in need of a customer service person with sales skills to work with our wholesale and direct customers.

Responsibilities:

? Helping existing customers as well as following up on leads for new customers.
? Identify customer needs.
? Explain product features and benefits and overcoming objections.
? Take inbound calls and emails including information, ordering, billing and shipping.
? Clarify and resolve open billing issues.
? Handle returns and warranty claims.

Qualifications:

? Friendly and customer-centric individual with excellent working attitude. You will be on the front-line of assisting in the customer and your customer attitude is the key to success.
? Customer service experience.
? Sales experience.
? Demonstrated ability and willingness to provide outstanding customer service.
? Sense of urgency in assisting the customer.
? Must meet or exceed 40 words per minute typing.
? Works fast and accurately.
? Ability to make timely decisions.
? Practices attentive and active listening.
? Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to read and interpret documents.
? Strong typing and computer skills are important.
? Knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter...) is useful.
? Knowledge of Quickbooks is useful.
? Knowledge of Magento is useful.
? Knowledge of Resolve is useful.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
