Role: Executive Coordinator Broker Assistant

Responsibility: Coordinate day to day operations of the office of the CEO/Broker Schedule appointments and organize calendar Manage email correspondence Research and organize information for decision making daily Execute all delegated task daily Assist with meetings Plan and implement executive goals Coordinate and implement Action Plans Communicate executive decisions companywide Provide status reports and closed loops on implemented decisions Handle correspondence with clients and vendors Write & review real estate contracts Respond to inquiries Run Errands Answer broker sales & leasing calls Make travel arrangements Hold open houses and assist with in-house sales Correspond on interest with active broker listings Coordinate marketing efforts of house listings Take meeting minutes and notes

Requirements: 2+ years' experience in real estate industry 2+ years' experience in executive support Smart / fast learner Great communicator Fast paced Out of the box thinker/ Always thinking ahead Extremely organized & punctual Committed to excellence & growth Real Estate License is a Required Knowledge of real estate contracts required Finance knowledge a plus ALWAYS maintain positive attitude Sales experience a plus Good with numbers Clean CA Driver's License

Results: Organized operations of the office of CEO/Broker Accuracy and efficiency in operations of company All executive tasks completed on a timely manner
