Job Summary: Focused on devising and executing strong marketing plans and strategies which potentially translate to sales. He/she will work closely with the business leaders and other departments to support the business needs and build the company's brand among customers and prospective customers. Will strongly drive and elevate the company, its corporate name, brands and products to its highest attainable level.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies and plans that are aligned with the corporate objectives.
? Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas, or gather information to determine potential sales of a product or service, or create marketing campaign.
? Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Create a high performing marketing team through leadership and relationship building.
? Spearhead execution of department's internal communication and marketing objectives.
? Maintain company names & brand integrity through support of advertisements, brochures, event, tradeshows, social media ad campaign, press releases, multimedia exposures, etc.
? Develop distribution strategies for various social media channels (facebook, twitter, blogs, etc.).
? Prepares graphic design and content writing for proposals, qualifications, interviews, and other marketing collateral.
? Monitor marketing trends and implements new technologies/visual aids as necessary.
? Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, methods & trends of marketing & distribution.
? Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
? Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
? Effective management and coordination of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
? Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
? Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
? Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
? Determine and manage marketing budget
? Collaborate with Sales Department on developing & strategizing pricing and sales promotions. Creation and Execution of Sales promotion programs
? Liaison with media and advertising; Extensive experience with Public Relations
? Must have extensive experience in Marketing Management and Strategic Planning.
? You would be required to analyze the market potential as well as the profitability of different products and to develop strategies for achieving the sales targets.
? Play a key role in product development.
? Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs.
? Oversee the company's charitable contributions.
? Identify strategic licenses to be obtained for products/brands.
? Organize and implement client relations including: client satisfaction surveys, client development activities, client skills training, & special events.
? Develop marketing co-ops with existing trading partners.
? Must be able to accurately, persuasively, and effectively present the company, its products and services professionally at tradeshows, privately held presentations, and via group presentations.
? Oversee tradeshow coordination, set-up, tradeshow proper and tearing down process.
? Create methods for client prospecting
? Must be available on any domestic or international travel for tradeshows, presentations and other important corporate events.
? Make staffing and hiring decisions within the marketing department.
? Sufficient knowledge and/or experience with user generated content and social networking campaigns.
? Awareness of other social marketing sites, campaigns, tools, etc.
? Technical marketing skills.
? Relevant product and industry knowledge.
? Improvement of company's product image where necessary.
? Makes forecasts on anticipated market changes that will impact sales
? Experience with B2B & B2C channels.
? Establish and maintain collaborative, effective professional relationships with marketing team and other departments as well as external clients.
? Maintains project, staff, and marketing information in database.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and experience equivalent to:

? Associate or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent graduate degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing.
? 5+ years experience and exposure on Consumer & Electronics Industry -- a big PLUS!

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
