Property Management Company Seeking Experienced Resident Apartment Manager Team

On-site Manager position for a 28 Unit Building.

*NO PETS

Duties to include:
-Advertising, showing and renting vacant units
-Overseeing/Preparing vacant units for showings
-Rent collection, preparing rent receipts
-Posting 3 day notices, notices
-light maintenance
-scheduling and supervising vendors and maintenance workers
-resolving tenant questions and issues
-enforcing all house rules

-Must have good credit
-Must have prior experience
-Computer/Laptop
