SALES ASSISTANT AND PROPOSAL WRITER (Santa Monica)

Nationally-leading website development firm has an immediate opening for a sales/marketing assistant. As part of the sales and marketing team, you will provide a vital role in promoting the company and supporting the sales organization.

The primary responsibilities include:

? Writing proposals
? Contract assistance
? Project tracking
? Managing tradeshow logistics
? Organizing sales and marketing materials
? Organizing travel
? Telephone and written correspondence with clients
? Data entry

A successful candidate must have excellent writing and organizational skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must be flexible and willing to work extra time as the business demands. Other requirements include:

Strong MS Word capabilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Good time management and organizational skills
High levels of Web literacy
2 years experience in a sales/marketing-oriented writing position
BS in marketing or related area, or equivalent experience
