We are a very high volume Property Management Company that has an immediate opening in our office for an Administrative Assistant/ Executive Assistant that has some bookkeeping experience. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a huge plus.

As an Assistant, you will provide critical support for the Property Management Division and the Director of Accounting.

Requirements:
2+ years administrative assistant experience
Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks required

Experience with the following are big pluses:
Property Management
Full accounting cycle including financial reporting
Business Licenses
Rent Control/ SCEP
Health Permits
Section 8
Evictions
Vendor 1099
Telephones/Customer service
