- Basic Accounting knowledge (AP, AR, SO, PO & Reconciliations)
- Clerical & Customer Service skills including but not limited to: Answering phones, processing customer orders and filing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- QuickBooks knowledge
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Power Point)
Candidate must:
- Be a quick learner,
- Self-motivated,
- Detail oriented,
- Able to multi-task,
- Able to work well under pressure,
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities,
- Able to work independently or as a team,
- Have exceptional organization and time management skills,
- Have a positive and determined attitude,
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some College education preferred but not required.
This candidate must also have at least 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant position. Position is subject to a 90-day probation period.
