The position is responsible for the coordination of account, investment and service related tasks for the assigned advisory team(s). Acts as a liaison between the advisory team and clients/internal departments to provide day to day support in responding to advisor and client inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate completion of operational/product activities.

Coordinates the new client process including: participating in meeting preparation, collection of client background information, providing and obtaining required account and investment strategy documentation, and operational coordination of account establishment and transfers.

Coordinates the asset allocation & reallocation process including, addressing necessary paperwork, account establishment, and investment implementation and/or changes with applicable department(s). Two to five years' experience in a similar role with an investment management firm and/or broker-dealer. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the financial services industry. FINRA Series 7 licensed preferred. Strong technical skills using the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook. Self-starter who takes initiative to identify and complete tasks. Can handle multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to solve problems, anticipate needs and provide superior service. High energy with ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Proven organizational skills and attention to detail. Hours: 6:30am -- 3:30pm.
