Summary of Responsibilities:
The role of the Apprentice is to execute the tasks given by the Foreman in the company's construction and property maintenance direct labor resources - trade dependent. This means facilitating the physical execution of contracted labor. This includes the execution of direct labor tasks to complete contracted work with all efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness and above all, safety.
Specific Duties:
? Responsible for Time Card Accuracy
? Responsible for Updating Forman on Jobs, Daily
? Responsible for Use of Personal Protective Equipment
? Responsible for completion of Goals and Expectations
? Responsible for Providing Personal Tools
? Responsible for Ensuring Quality of Work on a Job
? Responsible for Cleaning of the Work Area Upon Completion of a Job and General House Keeping of all company Owned, Operated or Managed Property
? Responsible for Daily Job Site Cleanliness and Final Walk of Property Daily
? Responsible for Personal Safety at Job Site for the Duration the Company is Conducting Work on a Site Including Down Time Before a Job is Completed
