Customer Service Representative
A leading manufacturer in the furniture and bedding industry seeks a full time employee for customer service and sales support.

Duties include:
? Take orders by phone, fax, email, EDI
? Service will call customers
? Process sales orders, work closely with shipping department to coordinate paperwork and delivery schedule
? Obtain outbound freight quotes
? Track order status
? Resolve product or service issues
? Work closely with Customer Service Supervisor and Shipping Manager
? Mail catalogues, price lists, samples
? Issue return authorization
? Process credit memo for returns, shortage, price adjustment, dispute, etc.
? File freight claims
? Provide the absolute highest level of service
? Other administrative tasks as assigned

? Fluent in English
? At least 1 years of customer service and sales support experience
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Professional phone etiquette
? Excellent communication skills on the phone and email
? Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
? Solid follow-through skills
? Must be team oriented and a positive thinker
? Excellent attendance and punctuality

Compensation: Negotiable plus benefits
Office hours: Monday --Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one hour lunch break
