Restaurant Director of Operations/General Manager (West Hollywood)

We have a phenomenal chef, a charming, knowledgeable sommelier, and friendly staff. Now, we need YOU!
Our four-year-old restaurant needs a talented person who can coordinate, organize and promote our romantic, dining spot to the stars (Hollywood and Michelin).

KNOWLEDGE OF RESTAURANT OPERATIONS: Experience with BOH, FOH and number-crunching is important.

ENTHUSIASM: We have a young staff and a casual atmosphere.

LEADERSHIP: We need one person who can take responsibility for getting things done - from ordering supplies, maintaining superb service to keeping the restaurant looking great.

EVENT/PARTY MARKETING AND EXECUTION: Our venue has hosted some great parties and events. We would be thrilled if you are social media savy (website maintenance, email blasts, twitter, etc.) and are experienced in catering events.

We are open for dinner seven days a week and for brunch on the weekend.

This is an opportunity for the right person to grow with our company. Recent restaurant/hospitality management school graduates are encouraged to apply.
